Incepted in the year 1966 as a manufacturer of automotive & industrial casted components, we’ve now become an organization of skilled professionals, certified with ISO 9001:2015. This is backed by years of experience in the manufacturing & supply of casted & turned components. The company started manufacturing with Hand Moulding process in the year 1976 and added Arpa 300 line with an automatic sand plant and conveyorized mold handling system in the year 2008. As a part of the expansion plan, the company added a high-pressure moulding line with having a box size capacity of 600mm x 550mm x 200mm with an automatic mold handling system and auto-testing intensive sand mixture in 2013. A New Line of Arpa 450 will be installed in the near future. Currently, the company has a built-up area of 12000 sq. mtr. and a total capacity of 20000 MT (per annum) castings in various grades ranging from 0.01 kgs to 200 kgs.

We are producing castings in various grades, single-piece weight ranging from 0.25kgs to 200kgs. To give machining support to our customers, we have a machine shop consisting of conventional Lathe machines, Milling machines, Radial Drill machines, CNC Turning centers as well as VMCs.

In addition to this, the company has hot as well as cold forging facilities to cater to forging needs up to 10kgs.

To supply good quality products to our customers, we have a fully equipped sand testing lab, online chemical analysis facility, Brinell hardness testers, microscopes and we are associated with a NABL accredited lab having spectrometer, wet testing facility, U.T.S. Machine, etc. We focus on providing good quality products,  on-time deliveries along with competitive rates to our customers

We are proud members of some prestigious organizations such as the Engineering Export Promotion Council, FSIA, NSIC & FFA. We are manufacturing critical parts for domestic Refrigeration compressors, Industrial Refrigeration compressors, Air compressors, Alternators, Washing machines, Earth moving equipment, Tractor industry, actuators components, etc. We cater quality products to many ‘OEM’s like M/s L.G. Electronics India (Pvt.) Ltd., M/s Emerson Group, M/s Danfoss Ltd., M/S Limitorque India Ltd., M/s Itron India (P) Ltd., M/s Schmidt Seeger India Pvt. Ltd., M/s Resistoflex Pvt. Ltd., etc.
